In the regular course of business, AECOM acquires Personal Information by interaction and communication with employees, contractors and sub-contractors. AECOM takes seriously its obligations to protect such Personal Information.

Why do we need your personal information?


The SMP works by matching the right surveyor to the scope identified for the task. Therefore, your surveyor profile will need to hold specific data on you, your skills, licences and availability. This information will only ever by used in order to schedule work through the SMP and to enable other surveyors to contact you when they are scheduled to work with you.

Given that our work is primarily outdoors, in the interest of Health & Safety, we also request that you provide Emergency Contact Information. However, this information will only ever be used in the event of an emergency.
